Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for an on-site contract role in Columbia, MD. The position supports our client’s Procure-to-Pay process by creating, coding, and auditing vendor invoices, and handling expense reimbursements and client refunds.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This temporary assignment runs through February 2027, with a pay rate of $24.00 per hour and benefits as described in the standard temporary role package.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.
• Invoice processing and reconciliation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create, code, and audit vendor invoices in the Procure-to-Pay system.
• Audit and approve employee expense reimbursements in Concur.
• Process check requests and client refunds through electronic forms.
• Code payments per Accounts Payable instructions.
• Integrate and post invoice files into Business Central.
• Audit invoice batches for accuracy and reconcile vendor statements.
• Research outstanding invoices and monitor the Accounts Payable email account.
• Assist with new vendor setup procedures and distribute checks as instructed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
