Job summary

LHH in Tulsa is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our established team. This onsite role supports day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations, and payroll processing.

You will handle invoicing, vendor payments, customer payments, light reconciliations, and onboarding support in a small business setting that emphasizes accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Process customer invoices and maintain accurate billing records
• Process vendor invoices and payments
• Apply and process customer payments and deposits
• Perform light account reconciliations
• Maintain customer account information and documentation
• Process biweekly payroll (outsourced)
• Assist with employee onboarding and annual benefit renewals
• Support additional accounting functions as needed
