Job summary

AIMRIGHT Testing & Engineering, LLC, an on-site engineering and drilling services firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma, seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, processing vendor invoices, coordinating purchase orders, preparing customer invoices, and supporting daily accounting functions.

We welcome candidates at Associate, Specialist, or Senior Specialist levels based on experience.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related accounting functions.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, expense coding, and financial recordkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on outstanding items, and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Process AP and AR transactions accurately and on time.
• Proactively follow up on missing approvals and documentation.
• Help ensure customers are invoiced promptly and correctly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and reliable accounting records.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, customers, and leadership.
• Demonstrate ownership of responsibilities rather than waiting to be reminded.
• Identify and help resolve problems before they become larger issues.
