Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an organized Accounting Specialist in Tulsa, OK to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial records in QuickBooks.

You will track expenses and revenue, provide clear reporting to executives, and collaborate with our outside accounting firm for tax preparation and monthly/year-end financial reporting. The ideal candidate has at least two years of bookkeeping experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• At least two years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks.
• Understanding of accounting terminology and principles (accruals, journal entries, reconciliations).
• Experience coordinating with outside accounting firms or CPAs.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and expenses in QuickBooks with proper approvals.
• Prepare and send customer invoices; apply payments to accounts.
• Maintain current financial records; reconcile bank accounts and cards.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with the accounting firm."
• Provide executive-level reports and assist with tax preparation and reporting.
