Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales support or customer service experience in consumer goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, providing product information, pricing and order support.
• Prepare and process customer quotes, sales orders, and order changes accurately and timely while following the order verification process.
• Enters direct POs and resolves price discrepancies with the AM.
• Collaborate with AM to prepare long-range forecasts for planning, procurement and operations.
• Communicate with customer buyers and planners to clarify forecasts and PO issues.
• Support profitability analysis by customer and product.
• Coordinate invoicing with accounting for orders and inventory.
• Communicate shipment and delivery information to the customer.
• Prioritize delivery constraints with the customer and elevate supply issues when needed.
• Place internal POs to intercompany partners and external suppliers.
• Provide new business prospecting support for Channel leaders and AMs.
• Answer inbound customer calls and sales-related emails promptly and professionally.
