Job summary

Apex Water and Process Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Account Manager to grow and maintain our customer base. You will apply water treatment expertise to recommend solutions, work onsite to optimize programs, and collaborate with leadership to expand territory.

Ideal candidates will have technical sales experience and strong communication skills, with willingness to travel 1–2 nights per month and lift 50 lbs. Full-time, benefits package included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Technical sales experience in a related field preferred.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Willingness to be trained in installation, commissioning and repair.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to learn internal systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight 1–2 nights per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customers and grow territory with leadership support.
• Sell and support water treatment products for boiler, cooling, RO and process water systems at multiple sites.
• Work onsite to ensure water treatment programs operate within optimal ranges.
• Assist with chemical feed and inventory management.
• Coordinate delivery, installation, and repair at customer sites.
• Maintain inventory records and act as the face of the company to customers.
