Atmus Filtration Technologies is seeking a Customer Account Specialist for Louisville, KY to act as the main contact for customers and internal teams, coordinating orders from entry to shipment. Qualifications

• University, college, associate degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service or customer support experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Employment references required.
• 100% on-site position in a typical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the order process.
• Coordinate customer orders from order entry through shipment.
• Communicate order status, updates, and potential disruptions to customers in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Distribution teams.
• Monitor orders to help ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Support customer account management and order fulfillment activities.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
