You'll work with a nationwide network of service contractors, store personnel, and internal teams to ensure requests are handled quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests with a nationwide network of service contractors.
• Troubleshoot water filtration equipment over the phone with technicians and customers.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls.
• Monitor open work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with customers regarding service status and updates.
• Document service activities accurately within company systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve issues.
