Job summary

Culligan is seeking a billing-focused professional to manage commercial customer onboarding, equipment logistics, and project invoicing from our Idaho Falls area office.

You will work with sales, operations, and finance to ensure accurate data capture, timely installations, and precise invoicing. The role requires communication with customers and internal teams, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; two+ years in commercial billing or related role preferred.
• Experience in project coordination or commercial installations is a plus.
• Proficiency with billing systems, ERP software, and MS Office; strong multitasking and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Set up new commercial customers in the system with complete information; coordinate with sales, operations, and finance for onboarding.
• Schedule and coordinate installations and service for commercial projects; communicate timelines to customers and field teams; monitor progress.
• Relay job package and equipment details to branch for order placement; track shipments and coordinate with service teams for installation readiness.
• Prepare and process invoices; manage progress billing for large installations; resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal teams; maintain records.
