Job summary

C4 Technical Services is seeking an experienced recruiter who is ready to advance into Account Management. This role requires 3+ years in staffing/recruiting, proven success, and a drive to move into client-facing leadership at the account level.

You will meet with clients, lead intake calls, screen candidates, and collaborate with recruiters to market top talent. The position is onsite in Eagan, MN with a base salary, commission, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in staffing or recruiting.
• Proven recruiter success with staffing lifecycle.
• Desire to move into client/account management.
• Comfort leading client meetings and candidate interviews.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and lead intake calls to understand hiring and project needs.
• Review and video screen candidates submitted by the recruiting team before presenting them to clients.
• Partner closely with recruiters to identify, qualify, and market the right candidates.
• Present candidates and solutions to clients and help coordinate interviews.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Work with onboarding to ensure new clients, consultants, and projects launch smoothly.
• Manage active consultants and client relationships.
• Identify additional staffing, project, and consulting opportunities within your accounts.
