Job summary

C4 Technical Services is seeking an experienced recruiter who is ready to advance into Account Management. This role requires 3+ years in staffing/recruiting, proven success, and a drive to move into client-facing leadership at the account level.

You will meet with clients, lead intake calls, screen candidates, and collaborate with recruiters to market top talent. The position is onsite in Eagan, MN with a base salary, commission, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in staffing or recruiting.
• Proven recruiter success with staffing lifecycle.

• Comfort leading client meetings and candidate interviews.

Responsibilities

• Present candidates and solutions to clients and help coordinate interviews.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Work with onboarding to ensure new clients, consultants, and projects launch smoothly.
• Manage active consultants and client relationships.
• Identify additional staffing, project, and consulting opportunities within your accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience, has been successful in recruiting, understands how the staffing business works, and is ready to move into a more client-facing role.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients and lead intake calls to understand hiring and project needs
• Review and video screen candidates submitted by the recruiting team before presenting them to clients

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience
• Proven success as a recruiter with a strong understanding of the staffing lifecycle
• Ready to transition from recruiting into client and account management
• Comfortable leading client meetings, intake calls, and candidate video interviews
• Competitive, organized, and motivated by results
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with both clients and candidates
• Interested in learning how to sell and deliver broader staffing and consulting solutions

Compensation & Schedule

100% onsite – Eagan, MN

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional off-hours support

Base salary + commission + full benefits
