Job summary

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is seeking a highly experienced 3rd shift CNC Milling Machinist to join our team. Pay range of $28.50/hour to $35.00/hour based on experience with overtime opportunities.

A 3rd shift differential of $3.00 applies when working 3rd shift, and benefits begin on day one, including a 401(k) with company match and paid time off. As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will set up and operate CNC milling equipment to produce precision parts while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC milling experience with setup and operation.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written directions.
• High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint-reading skills.
• Ability to read and utilize measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.
• Working knowledge of feeds/speeds; experience calculating feeds and speeds.
• Effective communicator who works well in a team.
• Technical certificate or 1-year program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Operation - Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling centers per standards and ISO 9001.
• Blueprint & Process Interpretation - Interpret drawings, process sheets, and instructions to verify work requirements.
• Tooling & Machine Adjustments - Obtain tooling, mount tooling, verify accuracy, and adjust offsets.
• Programming & CNC Controls - Edit/modify CNC programs, use G-Code/M-Code, troubleshoot Fanuc controllers.
• Precision Inspection - Inspect parts with micrometers and calipers, identify defects, deburr as needed.
• Production Support & Continuous Improvement - Troubleshoot issues and optimize processes across materials.
