The role involves following process sheets, setting up tooling, and inspecting finished parts to meet strict tolerances. You will enter data into the ERP system and may work across multiple machines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathe or CNC mill machines, or resistance spot welder, with setup knowledge.
• Must read and interpret work instructions and blueprints in English.
• Proven attendance reliability and at least 2 years related machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and perform various machining operations within tight tolerances.
• Inspect own work and ensure quality and documentation compliance.
• Assist in set-ups, tool changes, and data entry into ERP system.
