Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corporation is seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate manual and CNC machines, producing diversified parts that meet tight tolerances. You will read complex drawings, adjust controls, and perform first/last piece inspections in a fast-paced manufacturing cell.

The role requires 2+ years of CNC/machining experience, high precision, and a strong focus on safety and quality. Onsite work with regular overtime and weekend hours is expected; attractive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certificate or AAS in Machining/Manufacturing Technology desired.
• 2+ years of CNC/machining experience preferred, including setups, speeds/feeds, and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run and adjust machine tools to meet size, finish and tolerance.
• Read and interpret complex drawings and instruction sheets.
• Perform first and last piece inspections for all parts.
• Maintain 6S housekeeping and workplace organization.
• Diagnose and debug CNC programs with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Support continuous improvement and process changes.
