Regal Rexnord seeks a CNC Mill Machinist to produce parts per drawings and specs. You will set up and operate CNC mills, read programs, and ensure tight tolerances while maintaining quality records.

The role may involve mentoring less experienced machinists and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The position is fully onsite in a Regal Rexnord office, with a pay range of $29–$38 per hour and DOE.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years experience operating CNC mills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and CNC programs.
• Must maintain tight tolerances and perform in-process inspection.
• Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and tool life for aerospace milling.

Responsabilités

• Set up CNC mills under general supervision.
• Operate and adjust CNC mill machines according to drawings.
• Perform first article inspection and record results.
• Identify process improvements to reduce part quality variation.
• Input data into visual management forms and convey results to management.
• Train less experienced machinists.
