Job description

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand is currently hiring a CNC Turning / Milling Operator for our second shift.

Compensation: Starting pay range of $26.00 to $30.00/hour plus $2.00/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities
  • Set up to operate CNC Lathe and Milling machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
  • Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defects of material, including deburring if necessary.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts and shop orders to plan and check work.
  • Interpret drawings, route sheets, diagrams, specifications, and instructions to determine the proper operation sequences.
  • Obtain proper set of tools from the tool crib, select holders, mount, secure, and check tools for accuracy.
  • Make necessary calculations for tool depth and tool compensation adjustments.
  • Move completed material to the next workstation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
  • Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
  • Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
  • Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.
  • Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.
