Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Cleveland, OH is seeking a CNC Lathe Set up/Production Operator for the 2nd shift. This onsite role requires basic blueprint reading, math skills and the ability to interpret drawings and process sheets to plan work.

Starting pay ranges from $26-$30 per hour with shift differential, plus benefits on day 1, 401(k) with match, and paid time off as well as joining a growing company with a great team.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written directions.
• Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
• Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers.
• Must complete blueprint reading course.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Lathe machinery per production standards and ISO 9001.
• Inspect product to print and deburr as needed.
• Interpret drawings, process sheets, and shop orders to plan work.
• Obtain tools from tool crib and prepare for operation.
• Determine tool depth and compensation adjustments.
• Move completed material to the next workstation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
