Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist for an onsite position in the United States. You will set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills, read drawings, and program offsets to produce parts that meet specifications.

The role requires 3+ years of CNC milling setup experience, ability to maintain tight tolerances, and familiarity with inspection tools. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience setting up CNC mills.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and CNC programs.
• Capable of maintaining tight tolerances within 0.0005 inch.
• Knowledge of tool feeds, speeds and life for aerospace milling.
• Experience with AS9100, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete set-ups with general supervision.
• Achieve first article acceptance through setup.
• Perform in-process quality inspection and record keeping.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce variation.
• Input data into visual management forms and report results.
• Continuously improve processes and eliminate waste.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
