Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC operator for a night shift to set up and run CNC machines within a cell. The pay starts at no less than $23.66/hour with increases every 90 days during an 18-month training period based on performance.

The position includes a 8pm–6am shift, Sunday night through Wednesday night, with a $2.75/hr shift differential. Responsibilities include tool change, setup, and maintaining safety standards while ensuring parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 to 9 months on the job training or related vocational training required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.”

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates CNC machines and other equipment in the assigned cell.
• Transfer commands from servers to CNC modules using network links.
• Mount, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces on machines.
• Measure dimensions of finished parts using precision instruments.
• Monitor machines and adjust for tool wear, vibration, and malfunctions.
