Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 1 year manufacturing experience.
• CRC strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Use hand and machine tools; basic troubleshooting.
• Read and follow procedures, routing, and work instructions.
• Ensure quality product standards with no defects.
• Build parts meeting customer deadlines with safety and quality.
• Follow quality systems and participate in audits.
• Attend training and stay compliant with site requirements.
• Rotate to different workstations as needed.
• Report progress to lead and supervisor; address issues.
