You will inspect finished work, report issues, and participate in continuous improvement activities while maintaining a clean, organized workstation and adhering to standard work practices.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or vocational/technical training.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aerospace components and subassemblies from drawings and schematics.
• Use hand tools and production equipment to meet tolerances and quality standards.
• Inspect work with gauges and measurement tools and report issues.
• Identify defects or incorrect parts and escalate promptly.
• Maintain organized workstation and follow standardized work.
