Collins Aerospace in Wilson, NC is seeking a manufacturing technician for a 3rd shift role. You will set up, assemble, and load parts, read procedures, and ensure quality with no defects. The job requires standing most of the shift and adherence to EH&S and training requirements.

Overtime may be required. You will work onsite, rotate through stations as needed, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while meeting production deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED with 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and work instructions.
• Proficient use of basic hand and machine tools.

• Learn to set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools with basic troubleshooting around machine set up and function.
• Learn to accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other work instructions.
• Responsible for quality product standards with no defects. Identify part defects and escalate as needed.
• Build parts that meet customer deadlines and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Comply with quality systems and apply them to the product.
