Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools with basic troubleshooting.
• Read and follow procedures, routing, and work instructions accurately.
• Maintain quality workmanship and identify defects for escalation.
• Meet customer deadlines while upholding safety standards.
• Comply with EH&S policies and participate in clean-up activities.
