Job summary

GE Vernova’s Onshore wind capacity is growing rapidly. As a Wind Hub Technician, you will work with site leadership to maintain and repair wind turbine equipment, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical issues, and document work in service reports.

The role requires a valid driver's license, and 1 year of wind tech experience or 2 years with hydraulic/electrical tools. This is an on-site position across Texas Hub 9 sites with rotating shifts and on-call duties; relocation assistance is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year as Wind Technician or Wind Mechanic.
• Or 2 years of work experience including hydraulic, electrical, and basic power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, or replace parts to correct malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on turbines.
• Assist in site operations as directed by manager with minimal supervision.
• Document all work using service reporting procedures.
