Job summary

GE Vernova is hiring a Wind Hub Technician to maintain and repair wind turbine systems across Texas Hub 9 sites. The role involves diagnosing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical issues, following safety procedures, and coordinating with site leadership to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year wind technician or wind mechanic experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair or part replacement to fix malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues on wind turbines.
• Work with site leadership to meet customer requirements and daily activities.
• Document work using service reporting procedures.
• Respond to GE’s remote operations center when needed.
• Assist in various site operations with minimal supervision.
