Responsibilities

• Answer questions and help move the digital transaction process forward.
• Communicate with customers through chat, phone, and email.
• Serve as single point of contact for the customer throughout the transaction.
• Present financing terms and protection products.
• Collect required documents (down payment, Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Income).
• Communicate paperwork and logistics timelines and maintain activity log.
