Driveway.com is hiring a Document Compliance Specialist in Addison, Texas. You will serve as the key link between Driveway Care Center and customers, ensuring timely, accurate paperwork and smooth deal processing.

You will validate supporting documents, prepare all deal-related paperwork, and coordinate with selling dealerships. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with dealership systems.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with dealership systems (DMS, DMV, e-contracting, digital contracting).
• Strong math skills for basic calculations.
• Positive customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicates paperwork and processes to customer, including follow ups.
• Create and complete all deal related paperwork in DMS, bank approvals and protection product systems.
• Transact paperwork with customers using digital tools where possible, wet ink when needed.
• Ensure paperwork meets Business Office needs and state DMV/lender requirements.
• Scan/send deal documentation to the Deal Posting team or Dealership Accountant.
• Track deal receivables and follow up on outstanding items to ensure funding.
