Driveway is hiring a Customer Service Agent I - Shop in Addison, TX to support our digital car-buying experience. You will answer questions, move the digital transaction forward, and serve as the single point of contact throughout the process.

The role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, time management, a sense of urgency, and readiness to work evenings and weekends. Pay ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, with incentive opportunities.

• Customer Concierge: Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
• Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and email
• Single point of contact for the customer throughout the transaction
• Presents financing terms
• Presents protection products (ex: Extended warranties)
• Collects down payment, Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Income
• Communicates paperwork and logistic timelines
• Maintain activity log
• Other duties as assigned

Customer Service Agent I - Shop The Customer Service Agent I - Shop I is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to our Driveway “Shop” operations.

Location: Addison, TX

Pay Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, plus incentive opportunities

Schedule: Schedule may vary based on business needs. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
