Job summary

Driveway Home Office is seeking a Customer Service Agent I - Shop to assist customers buying vehicles online and having them delivered to their home. Location: Addison, TX. You will handle inquiries, guide the digital transaction, and support financing and protection product discussions.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced online environment with scheduling flexibility for evenings and weekends.
