• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of progressive professional experience in higher education or related area.
• Experience supervising professional staff and developing staff.
• Experience engaging prospective students and proactive outreach to support retention.
• Understanding of the student journey from recruitment to completion.
• Analytical and data-informed decision making with data reporting.
• Strong customer service and teamwork ethos.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to change and support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMU Online Student Services team and oversee daily operations.
• Collaborate with colleges, departments, and academic programs to improve student pathways.
• Provide data analytics, enrollment reports, and presentations to inform decisions.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Represent CMU Online on committees, workgroups, and outreach activities.
• Ensure effective service delivery and adherence to policies.
