You will lead a team of student employees, coordinate a one-stop information shop for international students pursuing degrees, and ensure accuracy and excellent customer service across onboarding, orientation, check-in and issuing I-20s.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience advising international students at the higher education level.
US citizenship or Permanent Residency required per DHS regulations.
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply modern technology and software.
Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills in cross-cultural settings.
F-1 immigration regulations familiarity.
Attention to detail in busy environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver services to international students at the Welcome Center.
Hire, train, and supervise student employees.
Maintain a virtual and physical student-focused presence with high accuracy and customer service.
Develop a campus-wide communication and promotion plan for Welcome Center services.
Collaborate with campus staff and Mount Pleasant community.
Assist with orientation, check-in and onboarding for international students.
Issue and update I‑20s and related documents.
Identify emerging student issues and communicate with supervisor.
