Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor in Michigan to oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. You will supervise staff, manage orders, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and acting as the lead in the absence of the Store e-Commerce manager, while maintaining order accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of e-Commerce when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies and invalid temperatures.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements from division/enterprise team.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
