Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in staff selection and hiring processes.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; POS experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet goals.
• Ensure customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, and cleanliness.
• Plan scheduling and product flow to meet guidelines.
• Lead social/operational initiatives and manage budgets.
• Coach direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory and manage substitutions for OOS items.
• Address issues with equipment and e-Commerce processes.
• Collaborate with management to improve order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
