Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce team member to assist in daily operations of the e-Commerce department at our Pinckney, MI location.

You will help ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment and maintain cleanliness and order throughout the area. Responsibilities include supervising staff in the e-Commerce area when needed, training teammates, scheduling, and collaborating with the division e-Commerce team to implement improvements while upholding Kroger values of respect, honesty,

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Act as supervisor when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Manage intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels for all departments.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and keep staging areas organized.
• Report discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support process improvements from e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on team performance.
