Job summary

ShopRite of Wallington is seeking an Online Shopping Manager (Inserra NJ) to direct the Online Shopping Department and its associates. The role ensures sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement under the General Store Manager’s direction.

Minimum qualifications include English proficiency, basic math, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and capable computer use. This position offers benefits and a structured training program.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ability to lead and engage associates to meet department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Online Shopping Department and its associates.

• Coordinate onboarding, training, and development of department associates.
