Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge is seeking a School Registrar to manage student enrollment, attendance, and records. You will ensure data integrity for PEIMS, TEA reporting, and accreditation, while supporting privacy and security of student information.

You will work with IT, enrollment, and administrative teams to optimize data processes, train staff, and maintain compliance with FERPA and related regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FERPA and data privacy laws.
• Experience with PowerSchool SIS and PEIMS reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage import, organization, and maintenance of student data in PowerSchool SIS.
• Ensure accuracy and privacy of student records in compliance with policies.
• Support enrollment, attendance, and data reporting to TEA and accrediting bodies.
• Train staff on data entry, privacy procedures, and best practices.
