Cybermedia Technologies, LLC (CTEC) seeks an Online Sales Representative to drive revenue through digital channels and build lasting customer relationships. You will manage inquiries, demonstrate products online, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.

Ideal candidates excel at written and verbal communication, are highly organized, and consistently meet or exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate product value clearly.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools (email, chat, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building with customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Preferred: experience with email marketing, social media selling, or digital marketing strategies.
• Preferred: knowledge of negotiation techniques and closing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through virtual channels (email, live chat).
• Present and demonstrate products using digital platforms and sales tools.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new online sales opportunities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with detailed product information.
• Manage the full sales cycle from contact to contract closure.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share strategies and market insights.
• Follow up with leads and customers to identify upsell opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
