Qualifications

• Has 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Has knowledge of online and marketplace platforms and practices; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calls and emails customers to confirm order information and contact details.
• Processes sales orders in NetSuite and online platforms.
• Handles returns, updates, and cancellations of orders.
• Notifies customers about lead-time changes.
• Generates freight quotes and schedules pickups with Logistics support.
• Diagnoses and resolves customer issues to meet service levels.
• Communicates clearly with customers, management, and other departments.
