Burkett Restaurant Equipment & Supplies is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day flow of project orders, ensuring on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and budget adherence. The position reports to the Operations Manager, with a hybrid work arrangement.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of the action—coordinating schedules, shipments, installations, documentation, and project requirements while partnering with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Accounting, and Project Managers. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, communicate clearly, and keep the details on track will help ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with an exceptional customer experience.
Job Title: Project Coordinator
Primary Objective: Coordinate the day-to-day flow of project orders to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and project budget are achieved.
Primary Functions: This position is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of product shipments and all required resources to ensure achievement of defined project requirements, from order entry through project close-out. The Project Coordinator must ensure key quality processes and adhere to company policies, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Accounting, and Project/Account Managers to deliver seamless customer experience.
Reports To: Operations Manager
Scheduled Hours: Full-time / Mon-Fri / 8:00am-5:00pm
FLSA Status: Non-exempt Hourly
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Six-month on-site onboarding required, followed by a hybrid schedule of four in-office days and one remote day per week, contingent upon Manager approval & successful remote work technology setup)
