Bachman’s is seeking an Order Center Associate to join our team in a full-time role. You will enter orders, support sales, and solve problems to ensure positive customer experiences while processing orders and handling inquiries by phone and email.

You will alternate between order processing and resolving service questions, delivering accurate, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

• Assist other florists with orders in our systems.
• Answer calls from customers and stores about products, events, workshops, and deliveries.
• Handle customer comments and complaints.
