Qualifications

• Requires background in sales, especially via phone or online channels.
• Experience with real estate or homebuilder sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online inquiries and provide standard information to support the sales process.
• Communicate via email, live chat, phone, and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community materials.
• Provide timely information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives.
• Enter and track customer activity and inventory requests.
• Coordinate with Marketing for distribution of materials and updates.
• Attend sales events, meetings, and training programs.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed.
