Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator to generate and maintain a sales pipeline from online leads. You will engage customers via email, chat, and phone, guiding them through products, financing options, and incentives to schedule sales appointments.

You will support the marketing team, manage outreach for inventory, and participate in meetings and events. Flexible weekend hours are required in a dynamic homebuilding environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Capture and convert online inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Provide prompt communication via email, live chat, phone, and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including products, communities, financing and incentives.
• Manage an Internet customer database and outreach for available homes and inventory.
• Coordinate with Marketing for electronic marketing distribution and update product offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs.
• Be available to work flexible hours including weekends.
