Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Lead to support the sales pipeline by responding to internet inquiries and providing operational support to the Internet Sales Manager. This role combines frontline customer engagement with team operations to ensure a seamless daily experience for customers.

The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and support team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online customer inquiries and provide standard information to support the sales process.
• Communicate promptly through email, live chat, phone, and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
• Provide timely, accurate information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives.
• Enter and track customer activity and information, including outreach for available homes.
• Coordinate with Marketing for distribution of materials and maintain offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs.
• Work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
