Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Lead to support the sales pipeline by responding to online inquiries and providing operational support to the Internet Sales Manager. Qualifications

• Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and support team leadership.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with standard information to support the sales process.
• Communicate promptly through email, live chat, phone, and 1-800 numbers.
• Maintain and update digital and community reference materials; update customer activity in the system.
• Coordinate with Marketing for electronic distribution of marketing materials and current offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs; work schedules including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Assist Internet Sales Manager with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination; prepare reports and track follow-ups.
