D.R. Horton, Inc. is hiring an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. You will manage inquiries from both company and outsourced sources, qualify leads, and schedule appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and email. Some overtime and minimal travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 1–3 years related experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and email tools
• Ability to sit for majority of an 8‑hour workday with standard vision

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced sources
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
• Enter and update information in a customer management database
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency)
• Generate monthly website traffic analysis and lead source reports
• Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
• Prospect and develop new customer opportunities via phone, email and mail
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and distribution of materials to prospects
