Job summary

Happen Bank seeks a Sr Personal Loans Strategy Manager to own the Online & Mobile Banking digital lending channel, driving originations and growth for Personal Loans across member segments. You will manage the roadmap and collaborate with product, marketing, risk, technology, and finance to deliver end-to-end results.

The role requires a track record of independent ownership, strong analytical skills, and hands-on AI tool usage to accelerate outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Track record of independently owning a scoped area of the business and managing priorities and workload with minimal guidance.
• Strong understanding of unsecured lending unit economics and digital or online banking channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of applying data and experimentation to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate work and improve output quality, and ability to teach others.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and adapt communication to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Online & Mobile Banking channel end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, and execution—driving Personal Loan originations and growth across member segments.
• Manage channel initiatives across TopUp, Refinance, and Pre-Approved/Prescreen, plus new digital growth opportunities.
• Apply data to evaluate channel performance and surface insights to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Finance as the business owner of the digital channel.
• Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and improve channel performance.
• Drive adoption of AI tools within the channel and scale successful approaches.
• Identify and test new channel opportunities around eligibility, pricing, UX, and personalization.
