Job summary

Happen Bank in San Francisco is seeking a Sr Personal Loans Analyst to drive performance across Personal Loans programs, including TopUp, Refi, and Pre-Approved offers. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to translate data into decisions and to improve conversion and engagement.

You will build dashboards, support experiments, and apply AI tools to speed insights, while collaborating across teams with a bias toward action and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services, fintech, consulting, or a related analytical role; bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights
• Knowledge of AI tools and prudent judgment on their use
• Collaborates across teams and adapts approach based on feedback
• Clear, concise communication to present data driving decisions
• Curiosity about unsecured lending ecosystem
• Bias toward action with accuracy and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Support execution of initiatives across core Personal Loans programs (TopUp, Refi, Pre-Approved/Prescreen) and new growth efforts
• Develop and rollout offer features, pricing, fees, eligibility, and customer experience improvements
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to meet shared goals
• Analyze performance data to surface trends, flag issues, and identify opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports; use AI tools to speed up analysis when helpful
• Support test-and-learn experiments by designing analyses and interpreting results
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring analyses and reporting workflows
