Job summary

Happen Bank in San Francisco is seeking a Sr Personal Loans Strategy Manager to own the Online & Mobile Banking digital lending channel, driving Personal Loan originations across member segments. You will manage core programs like TopUp, Refinance, and Pre-Approved/Prescreen, plus new digital growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Finance to align a shared roadmap, design experiments, and apply data-driven insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate work and improve output quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Online & Mobile Banking channel end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Drive Personal Loan originations and growth across member segments.
• Manage initiatives across TopUp, Refinance, and Pre-Approved/Prescreen programs.
• Apply data to evaluate channel performance and surface insights to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, Technology, and Finance as channel owner.
• Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and improve outcomes.
• Drive adoption of AI tools within the channel and scale successful approaches.
• Identify and test new channel opportunities around eligibility, pricing, UX, and personalization.
