Happen Bank, the company formerly known as LendingClub, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own complex, cross-cutting problems in the personal loans portfolio. You will shape portfolio strategy with senior leadership and drive product craft across acquisition, decisioning, offers, and funding.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Research, Data, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and business stakeholders to improve funnel conversion and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in regulated consumer fintech environments.
• Continuous product discovery with customer research and evidence-based prioritization.
• Experience defining KPIs and working with data.
• Strong analytical orientation and data-driven decision making.
• Trusted cross-functional partner across Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Design, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive funnel conversion and customer experience improvements using data-driven insights and customer research.
• Frame high-value problems by synthesizing market signals, customer evidence, and business performance.
• Develop and manage a clear backlog and roadmap with strategy and tradeoffs.
• Align portfolio roadmap priorities with senior business partners and stakeholders.
• Write clear problem statements, PRDs, Epics, and acceptance criteria for Engineering.
• Explore and leverage AI tools to elevate research, analysis, and product development.
