Strayer University is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member for an online undergraduate LPN class starting in Q1 2027. Classes run 12 weeks, typically one evening per week from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Faculty act as coaches and mentors, fostering a strong faculty-student relationship.

Applicants must have an MSN, an active RN license (Washington DC license required upon hire), and at least 2 years of nursing bedside experience. Compensation ranges per quarter and benefits follow SEI policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution.
• Two years of nursing experience at the bedside.
• Two years of teaching experience in a nursing online program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses from a pre-designed curriculum and deliver high-quality instruction.
• Enhance curriculum with technology and videos.
